Whole wheat lovers rejoice!! Gold Medal released their new whole wheat white flour last month and now you have a chance to try it out for free! I’m constantly making baked goods for my son from healthy chicken nuggets, cookies, homemade poptarts, etc and sometimes whole wheat flour just doesn’t fly with him. I used the Gold Medal White Whole Wheat Flour to make my Toddler-Approved Veggie Muffins and it turned out fabulous!!!!
The ultimate challenge… buttermilk biscuits!! I’ll let you all know how the white whole wheat flour worked in these tomorrow morning!

I’ve been thinking of trying to substitute the white flour in the cinnamon rolls I make with wheat for a while now, so that would probably be the one.
I would use the Gold Medal White Whole Flour for all reicpes for that call for flour.
I would use Gold Medal White Whole Wheat Flour for EVERYTHING!!! Breakfast to dinner recipes and everything in between!!!
I would substitute the white whole wheat flour in my cakes.
I would substitue any dessert that contains regular all purpose flour with it; esp crusted desserts like cobblers (peach, blackberry, etc.)
I would use it to make dumplings for my favorite food Chicken and Dumplings.
