Whole wheat lovers rejoice!! Gold Medal released their new whole wheat white flour last month and now you have a chance to try it out for free! I’m constantly making baked goods for my son from healthy chicken nuggets, cookies, homemade poptarts, etc and sometimes whole wheat flour just doesn’t fly with him. I used the Gold Medal White Whole Wheat Flour to make my Toddler-Approved Veggie Muffins and it turned out fabulous!!!!
The ultimate challenge… buttermilk biscuits!! I’ll let you all know how the white whole wheat flour worked in these tomorrow morning!

Since the Christmas season is coming, I think that I would definitely want to substitute the Gold Medal White Whole Wheat flour in making my Christmas Shortbread cookies! I would also spice them up a little with pumpkin pie spice, in keeping with the season and all!
I would substitute the Gold Medal White Whole Wheat flour to make cookies.
I would make chicken pastry using this flour.
I would love to see how this would taste with my sweet potato pie crust. Also I would love to bake cinnamon rolls with the wheat flour!
I prefer whole wheat so I would substitute Gold Medal White Whole Wheat Flour for white flour in all of my and Moniques’s recipes! I’d start with pizza crusts, cheddar garlic biscuits, and naan bread first!
I would substitute the white flour with wheat flour when making pizza dough.
