Whole wheat lovers rejoice!! Gold Medal released their new whole wheat white flour last month and now you have a chance to try it out for free! I’m constantly making baked goods for my son from healthy chicken nuggets, cookies, homemade poptarts, etc and sometimes whole wheat flour just doesn’t fly with him. I used the Gold Medal White Whole Wheat Flour to make my Toddler-Approved Veggie Muffins and it turned out fabulous!!!!
The ultimate challenge… buttermilk biscuits!! I’ll let you all know how the white whole wheat flour worked in these tomorrow morning!

I would substitute it in my crispy waffle recipe
Dinner rolls and I make a lot of DVC banama bread so I would love to try it in that recipe as well.

I would use Gold Medal White Whole Wheat flour for the batter I use for Fried Green Beans. I am a true Texan and we love everything fried.
I woudl substitute Gold Medal for pasta or to fry my chicken
I would substitute the Gold Medal White Whole Wheat flour to make pasta. Great flavor with an herby tomato sauce!
