Creamy Pasta, Sausage & Tomato Skillet Meal
“Is it ready yet?” is something I hear the minute my son discovers I’m making one of his favorite pasta dishes, this one!
This creamy pasta, sausage and tomato skillet meal is kid and picky-adult friendly. I mean can you really go wrong with pasta, sausage, cheese, and tomatoes? It’s super simple to make, filling, and flavorful. The simple whipping cream sauce gets a super boost of flavor from the fresh garlic, onions, smokey sausage and fresh tomatoes!
Let me tell you, on busy weekdays I live for quick and easy skillet meals like this. Pair it up with some homemade garlic bread, a salad and BAM! A home-cooked dinner is done in 30 minutes!
Sometimes I’ll add broccoli, spinach or sweet peas to give it a burst of color if I have some on hand.
Here’s the smoked turkey sausage that I use. I get it from Walmart, Target or Harris Teeter. Feel free to use other sausages like sweet Italian sausage.

Just as will all of your other recipes, this one is delicious. I made this for dinner tonight and my boyfriend and I really enjoyed it. He liked it so much he took some home (and he doesn’t eat leftovers) and asked for the recipe so he could make it himself one day. THanks for a great dinner. I can’t wait to try more of your recipes.
Great recipie! –
I’m going to do this today… I’ve done it twice before in the past.. so good, quick, and easy.. just like I like to cook! Thanks Diva!!
I made this for the pickiest crowd I know. . . my children. All I can say is HOMERUN. My son had 3 plates, my daughter and myself 2. Thanks for spicing up our Saturday night dinner.
I love your hair videos and decided to take a look at your blog. I tried this recipe and it was very good. It reminds me of dishes you can order in restaurants. I didn’t have heavy cream so I substituted it with a jar of Alfredo sauce and I did add spinach….I was thoroughly impressed. My 12 yr old asked if there was going to be enough for leftovers tomorrow. So quick and easy I HAVE to add this to my weeknight dinner rotation. Thanks!
