Creamiest Nutella Popsicles (Fudgesicles) Ever!!

I thought I was slowly getting over my addiction to Nutella. I’ve gone months without having any and then all of a sudden, when I was minding my business,  I see a little boy in a shopping cart at Walma enjoying one of those nutella to-go packs. He looked so peaceful and content. Just him and his Nutella.

It was then I remembered how much joy Nutella brought to my life.  That smooth, thick, creamy, chocolately heaven. I NEEDED it!!! I felt like that shark in finding Nemo. You know, when he was doing so good not eating cute little fish until he got a whiff of Dori’s  blood and went into HAM mode?

Luckily I had 3 tubs of half-eaten Cracktella in the cabinet. I got my fix with 2 spoonfuls and then it began…the nutella creation stage. Almost every nutella addict goes through this stage several times  (totally normal btw) I made nutella cookies, cupcakes, and now popsicles!! Or should I say fudgesicles.

I scored the internet and made several recipes for nutella popsicles, only to be disappointed. They all tasted like frozen chocolate milk. Kinda icy and not creamy and smooth like I was hoping for.  I decided to tinker around with my own recipe and I think I’m content.

These nutella popsicles (fudgesicles) are smooth, silky, sweet and creamy. Remember those addictive pudding pops (Bill Cosby) from back in the day? Well this is what they taste like before they went and screwed up the recipe and discontinued them (why do people  go messing with a good thing???? Huh? Why!?)

Isaac and I I have been nailing these nutella popsicles ALL. DAY. LONG.  And um…they’re gone. Yep. In one day. *hangs head in shame* Sometimes I’m such a bad mommy example, although Isaac thinks it’s super cool that we eat popsicles back to back.

They’re just so doggone addictive!

Go ahead. Make’em. I dare you. No I double dog dare ya!!

The Best Nutella Popsicles!
Serves: 8
  • ½ cup Nutella
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl.
  2. Mix until creamy.
  3. Pour into popsicles molds.
  4. Freeze overnight.
  5. Run molds under warm water to loosen the popsicles.
  6. Enjoy.
~TIPS~ Now if you go changing the recipe around (substituting the condensed milk, etc) I can't promise anything. I've never tried to lighten up this recipe, nor do I want to : ) The coconut milk REALLY kicks up that Nutella taste!

My daughter and I made these popsicles yesterday around 5:00 pm or so. They had already froze by about 10:00 that night. We followed the recipe to the T and boy were they good! We are on our second batch today! Yes, they are that good! I plan on trying more recipes in the very near future. They all look sooo good. Monique, girl you are the bomb!!

I love this recipe so much. It gives me my chocolate craving plus cool me down at the same time. ( being 8 months pregnant, you know how that goes). I was wondering do you have a recipe for orange creamsicles as well? Ive been trying them and something is missing.

I made these with 1 cup nutella and 1 cup Silk dark chocolate almond milk and they were perfect.
I need to try this recipe and see how it compares.

Looks good! Have you tried these with anything else instead of the soy milk? We have some soy allergies here. Just wondering if using dairy milk would make a texture difference?

I tried this recipe out but instead, I put the mixture in a mug and in the microwave it went! It was one of the best hot chocolate’s I’ve ever had!!!!!!!!!

These are the best tasting popsicles I’ve ever had. Far better than a chocolate popsicles bought at a shop. Very easy to make, I used regular dairy milk and some dried coconut milk instead of coconut milk from a can. The pinch of salt makes all the difference to the overall flavour. These popsicles were a smash hit with my family. Thanks for sharing, Ms Diva :)
