Easy Man-Pleasing Meatloaf
I call this meatloaf man-pleasing meatloaf because my hubby and son love it. I have several meatloaf recipes that I keep in rotation ( like this easy turkey meatloaf) but this one definitely gets made the most when we’re in the mood for beef.
This easy meatloaf recipe is so juicy, yet firm and full of flavor. Even folks who aren’t meatloaf fans tend to devour this one. It can even be garnished up to serve to company if you’re needing something easy and delicious to whip up.
The BBQ sauce glaze really adds a nice lil tang to the top. I usually serve this meatloaf with roasted veggies, cheesy scalloped potatoes, and yeast rolls. It’s one of those hearty, filling meals that makes you just wanna sit back and stare at your plate when you’re done. Completely satisfied with what just happened.
Watch me make this man-pleasing easy meatloaf recipe from start to finish!

Notes
Feel free to add in bell peppers, celery, herbs and even cheese (Isaac loves when I make cheeseburger meatloaf)
Be careful not to overcook. Check it after 45 minutes just to be on the safe side.
Use a good quality lean ground beef.
Delicious! Considering the fact that I can’t cook the recipe was simple to follow and I was surprised at how well it came out.
way to sweet.try again
I have made this recipe several times and my family has enjoyed it every time. My little one will actually request it if it hasn’t made a dinnertime appearance for a while. That’s saying something because I was once asked not to make any more meatloaf for a while. Now, there is a disappointing “ah man” when there isn’t any left. Great recipe. My only minus is mine is rarely done in an hour, but that’s not a deal breaker.
Ms Monique,
Your vids are perfect and yummy but can you please avoid using parasite words that much?
I counted during this small video:
all right – 7 times
go ahead – 7 more
ok – 4 times
just like that – 3 times
on the whole you made it into 3,5 min!
I’m glad you are enjoying the videos. Did you seriously count my words? LOL Sorry hun but that’s my style. I have very little time to try to catch the number of “parasite” words I say. During a voiceover I just let it flooooow.
I’ve been a super fan for about 2 years now and I am not big on commenting but I can’t believe someone word counted. LOL I love your style, it feels like grandma is in the kitchen holding my hand, walking me through! Don’t change sweetheart keep doing you
This recipe should be called “Family Pleasing Meatloaf”! I have 2 teenage girls who dislike Meatloaf very much. When I made this recipe, they liked it. Thank you for turning their tastebuds around for Meatloaf. Well… this Meatloaf!
so glad they enjoyed it!
Can’t wait to try this recipe tonight. I have tried the Mac & Cheese and it was the Best! Monique, you really have people thinking I can cook 🙂
