Easy Man-Pleasing Meatloaf
I call this meatloaf man-pleasing meatloaf because my hubby and son love it. I have several meatloaf recipes that I keep in rotation ( like this easy turkey meatloaf) but this one definitely gets made the most when we’re in the mood for beef.
This easy meatloaf recipe is so juicy, yet firm and full of flavor. Even folks who aren’t meatloaf fans tend to devour this one. It can even be garnished up to serve to company if you’re needing something easy and delicious to whip up.
The BBQ sauce glaze really adds a nice lil tang to the top. I usually serve this meatloaf with roasted veggies, cheesy scalloped potatoes, and yeast rolls. It’s one of those hearty, filling meals that makes you just wanna sit back and stare at your plate when you’re done. Completely satisfied with what just happened.
Watch me make this man-pleasing easy meatloaf recipe from start to finish!

- Remove from oven and spread on the rest of the glaze.

Notes
Feel free to add in bell peppers, celery, herbs and even cheese (Isaac loves when I make cheeseburger meatloaf)
Be careful not to overcook. Check it after 45 minutes just to be on the safe side.
Use a good quality lean ground beef.
I made this meatloaf tonight along with the southern mac n cheese and roasted asparagus. It was delish! I have to agree with Madison….it was a little on the wet side but I just put mine back in the oven a little longer and it ended up juicy and delicious! I asked my bf if he liked my original recipe or this one better and of course, this one beat me hands down! No one had leftovers on their plates! There’s only 2 pieces left in the pan. I said job well done !!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂
Only negative I would say is I had an awful lot of glaze left over. I didn’t use the whole bowl. Other than that….A+ from me!!

I LOVE THIS MEATLOAF RECIPE! Im a meatloaf lover and never thought I could make something this good by myself in my own kitchen. It was moist and FULL OF FLAVOR!
Greetings Ms. Monique,
Just a word to say thank you for giving me that old fashion cooking and taste that I remember from my grandmother.
By the way, this Old Fashion Cooking is for the Modern Day SUPER MAN, too. 🙂
Thanks again,
Harold D.
I made this meatloaf tonight and it was good. I would back off a bit on the BBQ sauce and I substituted the chili sauce with ketchup. The BBQ sauce was too sweet and made the dish a bit on the sweet side. I don’t know why but my meatloaf was a bit on the wet side.
Next time I make this I would back off a bit on the sweet BBQ sauce, use ketchup instead of chili sauce and perhaps less milk.
I would definitely make it again. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe. Please add some crock pot recipes too 🙂

I love meatloaf and I’m new to the kitchen. This was the best meatloaf I’ve every had. My mom even asked me for the recipe. Thanks for saving me from plates that were half eaten to, did you eat the last slice??!!
