Pepperoni Pizza Quesadilla- Lunch Time!!
I’m currently in the process of creating a “Lunch Ideas for Isaac” binder for the kitchen. For some reason we have the hardest time trying to decide what to have for lunch. Mainly because he’s just like his mama and not really into having dinner leftovers for lunch. We usually settle on some kind of sandwich or pizza. Yep, lunchtime is pretty boring at our house.
Today there was a little excitement when we made these yummy pizza quesadillas. It was a fun change of pace and we all enjoyed these, even hubby. It is definitely going into the lunch folder. Â Isaac had so much fun dipping these cheesy pizza quesadillas and they were pretty much mess-free.
To keep it simple I just used cheese, pepperoni and onions since this is what Isaac likes on his pizza (and what I had on hand). When I make these again I will definitely grab some black olives, green peppers, fresh tomatoes and banana peppers for hubby and I. Yum!
Update: I made these again for lunch today and before I served them I lightly brushed the tortilla with the butter mixture again and sprinkled on parmesan cheese, garlic powder and oregano. Â It was so yummy. Tasted like garlic pizza crust.
Watch me make these pepperoni pizza quesadillas from start to finish!

Use whatever toppings you like on your pizza!
Cheeseburger quesadillas using pizza sauce, cheddar, onions and hamburger taste just like a McDonald's cheeseburger.
OMG!!! My whole family loves this, it is their fave !!! NO NEED FOR WORDS 🙂
Thank you for sharing your awesome recipes.
What all can you cook these on?
I made these today. Set up an assembly line and cranked them out. Excellent recipe, Monique.
I want to know the recipe of the sauce that appears at the end of the video, it will be a delicious lunch for my boyfriend! He will love it even more with the sauce.
I made this for lunch and it was good. My picky little eater enjoyed it as well.
I was wondering if these can also be frozen. I seen your other postings for Pizza and the skillet meals that you freeze can i freeze these as well. Schools out and my mom watches my children and try to help her out with packing the kids some lunch and i am sure my kids would love these for lunch.
