I was never a fan of ravioli as a child, especially that canned crap. As an adult, I absolutely love the stuff especially if it’s homemade but frozen suits me just fine! This baked ravioli recipe has to be one of my toddler’s favorite meals.
I like it because it’s quick and easy. Something I can throw together and still have it come out tasting like a time-consuming, homemade meal. Not to mention it soothes my beastly craving for homemade lasagna. (which is exactly what it tastes like to me)
One thing I love about baked ravioli (besides it being so cute & fun to eat) is that it is so versatile. Sometimes I add in a layer of spinach & spicy sausage to give it a lil pizzaz. I’ve even used the chicken stuffed ravioli with success.

Hey, why don’t you have a cooking show on TV yet? Your recipes are seriously the best! THE BEST!
This was a quick and delicious meal. My husband, kid, and mom LOVED it. The best part was that it tasted intricate but took no more than 30 minutes to put together, which is a winner for this busy professional mom. Please consider doing a series on quick and easy restaurant quality dishes that take 30 minutes or less to put together. My husband and I are both southerns, GA born and bred, and we KNOW good food. So I take very seriously the quality of food that I put on my dinner table. And let me tell you…your website is THE ONLY site that I trust. You have an amazing gift and I’m sure that it will take you far! God bless!
I am not a big ravioli fan, but this was DELICIOUS!!! My husband loved it so much he had seconds. Thanks for the great recipe!!!
I made this toight and it was amazing! It came together really fast as well. I seasoned the ground turkey with natures seasoning, Mrs Dash Onion and Herb and Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb. Only ate about 1/8th of the entire recipe and was full. Yum!

Hi Mo,
As always, I love your way!!
If you ever feel like elevating this dish to a new awesome level, the won ton wrappers available at most grocery stores make great ravioli.
They are square and cut to just the right size. You can make a filling of ricotta and other fav cheese and maybe some basil.
Simply fill and seal w/ a little water around the edges so they don’t open up when cooking.
Cook right away or fill and freeze on a sheet pan spread out so they don’t stick and when frozen, store in freezer bags for awesome homemade ravioli anytime
They are fresh and thin, so they cook fast, and because the dough is thinner than reg ravioli, they let the filling shine through…perfect ravioli. =]

oops! Yes bake on 350. I'll be sure to update the post with the oven tempt. when I get home.
If you are using frozen ravioli then there is no need to boil or precook them.
Angel – You won't go wrong if you use a general setting like 350 degrees and bake for about half hour, more or less, till casserole becomes bubbly and cheese is melted. And yes, you'd want to cook the ravioli first before putting the casserole together! HTH!
HELP! What setting should the oven be set at?
The raviolis turned out doughy for some reason =( Maybe I should have boiled them first… >.<; awww
