Chicken Taco Salad make dinner come together so easy and flavorful! This recipe is filled loaded and topped with sour cream and salsa!

Ingredients
3large chicken breastcubed
3/4cupred onionsdiced
2clovesgarlicminced
TACO SPICE
1 1/2Tablespoonchili powder
1/2teaspoonoregano
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
1/4teaspoononion powder
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
1/2teaspooncumin
1/2teaspoonpaprika
1/2-1teaspoonsea salt
TOPPINGS
Tortilla chips
Colby-Monterey Jack cheeseshredded
lettuceshredded
tomatoesdiced
black olives
salsa
sour cream
Instructions
Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
Add red onions, garlic and chicken.
Cook until chicken is almost cooke through.
Drain off excess fat.
Mix together taco spice seasoning and add this to the chicken mixture.
Stir to combine. Add a little water if needed.
Continue cooking chicken until cooked all the way through.
Adjust seasoning if needed, but be careful not to add to much salt since the toppings have plenty of salt.
Remove chicken mixture from heat when done.
Prepare the toppings.
Assemble the taco salad by add lettuce,tomatoes, crushed tortilla chips, chicken, salsa, sour cream, cheese and black olives.

Notes
~TIPS~
Feel free to substitute with other meats like ground chicken, beef, or turkey.
I sometimes use corn chips in place of tortilla chips. Very yummy!
