  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4-1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon molasses
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • generous pinch ground clove
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • generous pinch salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • In a saucepan over medium heat add milk, heavy whipping cream, and chocolate chips.
  • Stir constantly until chocolate chips melt. Be careful not to boil. (reduce heat if needed)
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Taste and adjust spices if needed.
  • Pour into a mug and top with whipped cream or marshmallows.
  • Serve steaming hot.
