Smooth, creamy, sweet white chocolate fudge made with only 3 ingredients!

3cupswhite chocolate chips
⅛teaspoonsea salt
14ozsweetened condensed milk
sprinkles, optional
Instructions
Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large, nonstick saucepan over low heat, add white chocolate chips.

Stir constantly until the chocolate melts and stir in salt.
⅛ teaspoon sea salt
Remove from heat and immediately stir in sweetened condensed milk just until combined.
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
Immediately pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth into an even layer. (The mixture will begin to thicken quickly. I like to use an offset spatula to smooth the surface.)
Press sprinkles onto the top if using.

Cover and place in the fridge for 1 hour or until firmly set.
Remove the fudge from the pan, and using a sharp knife, slice into 1-inch cubes.
Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
