Bake for 7-10 minutes or until lightly golden. Set aside.
Add minced garlic onto the par baked crust.
Sprinkle on mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese
Add the diced vegetables.
Top with a light sprinkling of parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
Place into the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden.
Let cool before serving.
*Note* Using a baking stone makes all the difference in the world!!! The crust is so crisp on the bottom as opposed to being soft when using a regular pan. I'm making this using my new Pampered Chef Bar Baking Stone! I'm in love with this thing!!!!
