Ingredients
1 1/2
cups
coconut milk
1
cup
pineapple juice
2
cups
frozen pineapple chunks

oz
coconut yogurt
1/3-2/3
cups
quick oats
I usually use a little over 1/3 sometimes more

bananas
frozen makes for best great texture
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth.
Chill for 10-15 minutes if possible to let strong pineapple flavor mellow out a bit.
Serve cold.
