Ingredients
1granny smith apple
2gala apples
3/4cupchopped walnuts
1 ½Tablespoonsraw honey
1/2teaspooncinnamon
3-4Tablespoonssweet Kosher red wineI used Manischewitz Blackberry wine
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of clove
Brown sugarsweeten to desired sweetness
Instructions
Peel apples.
Dice apples into tiny pieces. (I sometimes blend a few of them up to make the finished charoset creamier)
Place diced apple in a large bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except the brown sugar.
Taste and add brown sugar to further sweeten. (We like ours super sweet!)
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.

Use a variety of apples
Add in different nuts if desired
Omit the brown sugar if desired, but it really adds a nice taste.
