Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line an 8x8 glass dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
Sift flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a large bowl. Set aside.
In a large bowl, stir together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until combined.
Stir in eggs and vanilla extract until well incorporated.
Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Batter will be thick.
Spoon the batter into the prepared pan and spread out into an even layer.
Using 1/4 cup of Nutella, place dollops of Nutella on top of the batter and then use a knife to swirl the Nutella throughout the batter.
Bake for 18 minutes. (Do not over-bake. Brownies will continue to cook as they cool)
Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack to cool completely.
Meanwhile, make the ganache by combining sour cream, melted chocolate, and remaining Nutella until creamy.
Once the brownies have cooled, spread on the ganache and sprinkle the top with hazelnuts and shaved chocolate.
Refrigerate until the ganache has firmed up, about 15-20 minutes.
Slice brownies into small squares.
Store in the fridge.
