Easy Cinnamon French Toast

Texas toast
very lightly toasted if bread is fresh

warm milk
can also use a mixture of half n half and milk

all-purpose flour

vanilla extract

cinnamon

brown sugar

melted butter

eggs yolks
Instructions
Mix together warm milk and flour until flour is dissolved.
In a small bowl stir together vanilla and cinnamon and add to milk-flour mixture.
Stir in brown sugar and melted butter.
Add in egg yolks and mix until well combined.
Pour batter into a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Dip both sides of bread until moist but not dripping or completely saturated.
Place bread on a cookie sheet while griddle is heating.
Add butter to griddle and heat over medium heat.
When griddle is hot, place bread on griddle.
Cook until golden, flip and cook the other side until golden.
Serve hot, sprinkled with powdered sugar, whipped butter and hot maple syrup.
