  • 2 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream cold
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • sea salt pinch
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • neon food coloring purple, pink, green, blue
  • Shape sprinkles

  • In a large bowl, add heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract and salt.
  • Beat with chilled beaters, until mixture is fluffy and able to hold stiff peaks.
  • Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk until no streaks remain.
  • Divide the mixture evenly into four bowls.
  • Stir food coloring into each bowl (1 color per bowl)
  • In a freezer-safe container, spoon the mixture into the container, layering the colors.
  • Swirl very lightly if desired, too much swirling will mix the colors, turning it brown.
  • Sprinkle the top with shape sprinkles.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Serve in a bowl or on a cone.

Want a birthday cake flavor? Stir in a little bit of buttercream frosting before adding the food coloring.
For best results use a container that is deep, and stack the colors on top of each other.
