Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 -1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 large banana about 1 cup, preferably frozen
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions
