This Frozen Mudslide recipe is the perfect end to a crazy day or a exciting BBQ! This cocktail makes a filling dessert.

Ingredients
HOMEMADE WHIPPED CREAM
1cupheavy cream
1/4cuppowdered sugar
MUDSLIDE
2cupsvanilla ice creamI love slow churned
1-2ozKahlua
1-2ozIrish Cream
chocolate syrup
can add ice if you prefer a less creamy texture
Instructions
To make the whipped topping, add heavy cream to a chilled bowl.
Beat on high speed and gradually add in powdered sugar.
Continue beating until mixture is light and fluffy.
Place into the freezer until ready to use.
Add ice cream into a blender.
Add in Kahlua and Irish Cream.
Blend until creamy.
Swirl chocolate syrup around glass.
Pour in mudslide.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate syrup and mini chocolate chips if desired.
Notes
You will have whipped cream left over....oops guess you'll have to make another one!!!
~TIPS~
These are great to serve as a dessert after a BBQ!
Add ice if you prefer a less creamy texture.
Cut back on the liquor if you like a subtle hint.
Try different ice creams like coffee, chocolate or caramel! (vanilla is my fav)
