msg-free chicken broth (or vegetable broth)

cabbage
shredded (any kind)

spinach or kale
finely shredded

white onion
finely diced
1/4-1/2

carrots
finely diced
1/4-1/2

celery
finely diced
1/2
cup
zuchinni
finely diced
1/2
green bell pepper
finely diced
1/2
red bell pepper
finely diced
1/2
yellow bell pepper
finely diced

cup
tomatoes
seeded and diced
5-6
parsley springs
4
cloves
garlic
minced
cayenne pepper
optional
Instructions
Add chicken broth to a large pot.
Add diced vegetables.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for about 2-4 minutes. (vegetables should still be a bit firm to the bite)
Remove from heat. (if vegetables are bigger you may need to cook a bit longer)
Serve with a sprinkling of cayenne and a splash of lime or lemon juice if desire.

Can also add sliced avocado and a bit of coconut oil to your bowl when ready to serve. This really helps keep you full until dinner time.
