Crock Pot Mint White Hot Chocolate

Creamy, homemade mint white hot chocolate made in the crock pot! Garnished with crushed chocolate mint cookies and homemade whipped cream! Sweet enough to be a dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups almond milk*
  • 2 ½ cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
  • Green food coloring several drops
  • Garnishes whipped cream, marshmallows, mint chocolate cookies, or Andes mints, etc

Instructions

  • In a crock-pot add all ingredients except vanilla, mint and food coloring.
  • Stir to combine the sweetened condensed milk with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Heat on low for 2 hours and then switch to warm.
  • Stir in vanilla, mint and enough food coloring to reach a light green color.
  • Stir before serving.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and crushed mint chocolate cookies if desired.
