In a large bowl, add heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract and salt.
Beat with chilled beaters, until mixture is fluffy and able to hold stiff peaks.
Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk until no streaks remain.
Divide the mixture evenly into four bowls.
Stir food coloring into each bowl (1 color per bowl)
In a freezer-safe container, spoon the mixture into the container, layering the colors.
Swirl very lightly if desired, too much swirling will mix the colors, turning it brown.
Sprinkle the top with shape sprinkles.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Serve in a bowl or on a cone.

Want a birthday cake flavor? Stir in a little bit of buttercream frosting before adding the food coloring. For best results use a container that is deep, and stack the colors on top of each other.
