No-Bake Peanut Butter Butterfinger Pie

Oreo cookies

melted (may need more)

heavy whipping cream

8 oz blocks cream cheese

creamy peanut butter

powdered sugar

teaspoon
vanilla extract

crushed Butterfinger candy
divided

melted peanut butter
optional

cup
chocolate chips
melted according to package (optional)
Instructions
Place Oreos into a food processor and crush until fine crumbs.
Place crushed Oreos into a bowl and stir in melted butter until the mixture is moist.
Press crumbs into greased pie plate.
Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
In a medium-size bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until fluffy and stiff peaks form. Set. aside.
In a large bowl cream together cream cheese and peanut butter.
Mix in powdered sugar until well combined.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Fold in 1 cup of crushed Butterfinger candy.
Pour filling into prepared pie crust.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Cover the top with 1 cup of crushed Butterfinger (press butterfingers gently into the surface of the pie)
Drizzle with melted peanut butter, and melted chocolate chips if desired.
Place in fridge until chocolate firms up.
Serve!
