I’m in LOVE!!! I never thought I’d be in love with a dish liquid. I thought they were all pretty much the same but I was wrong!! I can honestly say that I’ve now switched over to Seventh Generation dish liquid.
I would have never purchased this stuff if I hadn’t received it in a giveaway. I normally just grab my Dawn and keep it moving.
Well I washed dishes last night with the Fresh Citrus & Ginger scent and the lather was incredible! I only needed a small amount and my dishes were literally squeaky clean.
Guess what else I discovered this stuff was super good at? Washing my dog! I know this isn’t intended for dog shampoo but I’ve heard that Dawn doubled as a good dog shampoo so why not. I mean, it is natural. I ran out of dog shampoo and decided to try it. It got her so clean and she smelled better than when I take her to the groomers!!
The organic dish towels are GREAT too!! Thick and sturdy just how I like them! I was hoping I could find more when I went grocery sopping today but I didn’t see any. I haven’t had a chance to use any of the other products in the kit, but I do plan on making a turkey vegetable lasagna tomorrow so I’ll give that Le Crueset pan a spin!

I like to use baking soda to boost my cleaning power! That little inexpensive product works wonders and is safe for the environment.
I have three little ones so i don’t like to keep harsh chemicals and such in my house so i clean with vinegar, white vinegar on my countertops and floors i also clean with baking soda on my dishes and glass top stove. I leaves my home smelling clean and fresh too. The vinegar is a disinfectant and i love the clean but not crazy about the smell tho.
My favorite going green housekeeping tip, at the moment, is a homemade laundry detergent recipe that I found on the web. Washing powder, borax & grated soap.
I like to use vinegar, baking soda and lemon to clean hard surfaces throughout my home.
I use white vinegar, water and a little bit of dishwashing soap to clean my microwave and the inside of the refridgerator.
Equal parts vinegar and water, with 30-40 drops of peppermint oil. Great all purpose cleaner, and if you spray it on your doorways the peppermint oil repels ants/ insects!
