Three Cheese Garden Pizza Recipe (Pampered Chef)

  • 1 refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1-2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • Cornmeal (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 small tomatoes, diced
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • ½ small onion, diced
  • 2-3 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Brush olive oil on baking stone slightly.
  3. Sprinkle on some cornmeal if desired.
  4. Press pizza dough onto the baking stone.
  5. Poke holes in the dough to prevent puffing.
  6. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until lightly golden. Set aside.
  7. Add minced garlic onto the par baked crust.
  8. Sprinkle on mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese
  9. Add the diced vegetables.
  10. Top with a light sprinkling of parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
  11. Place into the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden.
  12. Let cool before serving.
*Note* Using a baking stone makes all the difference in the world!!! The crust is so crisp on the bottom as opposed to being soft when using a regular pan. I'm making this using my new Pampered Chef Bar Baking Stone! I'm in love with this thing!!!!
