Green Tea Lemon Water -Morning Drink

My skin looks fabulous! Thanks to this green tea, honey, cinnamon, cayenne and lemon juice drink. Drink first thing in the morning.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 organic green tea bag
  • 1 cinnamon stick (I reuse my cinnamon stick several times)
  • ½- 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • pinch of cayenne
Instructions
  1. Steap tea and cinnamon stick in hot water for 5-10 minutes
  2. Stir in honey, lemon juice, and cayenne
  3. Drink immediately.
