Crusted Honey Mustard Baked Salmon

  • 4 salmon fillets (thawed)
  • 4 Tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1½ Tablespoon honey
  • 3 Tablespoon dijon mustard
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 teaspoons parsley
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Melt butter in a small bowl
  3. Mix in Grey Poupon
  4. Mix in honey and stir until combined. Set aside.
  5. In another small bowl, breadcrumbs & parsley. Mix until combined.
  6. Next, spray a baking dish with cooking spray or line with foil and place the salmon fillets in it.
  7. Sprinkle the fillets lightly with salt and pepper.
  8. Spoon the honey mixture evenly over each fillet.
  9. Top with the bread crumb mixture.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes of until salmon flakes off easily with the touch of a fork.
  11. Let the fish rest for about 5 minutes in the pan. Serve & enjoy!!!
