Easy Man-Pleasing Meatloaf
I call this meatloaf man-pleasing meatloaf because my hubby and son love it. I have several meatloaf recipes that I keep in rotation ( like this easy turkey meatloaf) but this one definitely gets made the most when we’re in the mood for beef.
This easy meatloaf recipe is so juicy, yet firm and full of flavor. Even folks who aren’t meatloaf fans tend to devour this one. It can even be garnished up to serve to company if you’re needing something easy and delicious to whip up.
The BBQ sauce glaze really adds a nice lil tang to the top. I usually serve this meatloaf with roasted veggies, cheesy scalloped potatoes, and yeast rolls. It’s one of those hearty, filling meals that makes you just wanna sit back and stare at your plate when you’re done. Completely satisfied with what just happened.
Watch me make this man-pleasing easy meatloaf recipe from start to finish!

Notes
Feel free to add in bell peppers, celery, herbs and even cheese (Isaac loves when I make cheeseburger meatloaf)
Be careful not to overcook. Check it after 45 minutes just to be on the safe side.
Use a good quality lean ground beef.
Girllllll!!!! this was so good. I love making this along with the cream mashed potatoes you posted. There is none left when I make this.
I have a question about the homemade crumbled bread that’s added. Can we just substitute it for bread crumbs? If so what’s the exact measurement of bread crumbs?
what should you do if it didnt come out firm enough?
girllllll! this recipe is amazing!!!! I was never a meatloaf fan therefor I have never made it, but this sounded delicious so I have it a try! my husband and his friend were on a long road trip back home so I made them a home cooked meal for when they arrived and WOW is all they kept saying!!!!! I was so impressed with myself and had to post my first internet comment ever!
FYI- I tweaked the recipe by only using 1lb of ground turkey so I cute the rest of the recipe on half and I also didn’t have Worcestershire, chili or smoked BBQ sauce so I just left all out and used sweet BBQ sauce. I also didn’t have a meatloaf pan (bc I never make it!) so I sprayed nonstick spray all over muffin pans and used that instead which made them come out so cute and perfectly portioned 🙂
thank u!!! I love your spirit and all your recipes! they are always a hot!
This is the best meatloaf recipe i ever tried! thank you soooo much!
what kind of chili sauce do you use?
