This is one of my favorite blueberry smoothies because it tastes just like those tiny, overpriced Dannon yogurt smoothies.
I’m normally not a huge fan of blueberries unless it’s part of a sweet, hot muffin. I started adding blueberries to my diet after that Dr. on Oprah (Dr. Oz I think) went on about how healthy they are and all the things they cure and prevent and then he said the magic words ” they can give your eyes a radiant, well-rested appearance”BINGO!!
What girl doesn’t want sparkly, youthful eyes right!? I always feel good after drinking this smoothie, and I make it at least 3 times a week. It’s quick, simple, refreshing and it’s a pretty color purple too boot!!

Blueberry Sunrise Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients
- ⅔ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt
- ½ cup berry fruit juice, cold
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the blender.
- Blend until it's the consistency you like, adding more juice if needed.
- Serve immediately.
