Ingredients
 

  • 12 hardboiled eggs, peeled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 tablespoons finely shredded, Cracker BarrelSharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoons green onions, diced and sautéed
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and finely diced
  • pinch of garlic powder
  • couple dashes black pepper
  • dash of hot sauce
  • Garnish-paprika, green onions, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon

Instructions
 

  • Slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise
  • Scoop out the yolk and place yolks into a large bowl.
  • Mix in mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, sautéed green onions, diced bacon, garlic powder, black pepper and hot sauce.
  • Stir until creamy.
  • Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into the hollows of the egg.
  • Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
  • When ready to serve, garnish with paprika, green onions, shredded cheddar and crumbled bacon.
