Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
- 12 hardboiled eggs peeled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 6 tablespoons finely shredded Cracker BarrelSharp cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons green onions diced and sautéed
- 4 slices bacon cooked and finely diced
- pinch of garlic powder
- couple dashes black pepper
- dash of hot sauce
- Garnish-paprika green onions, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon
Instructions
- Slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise
- Scoop out the yolk and place yolks into a large bowl.
- Mix in mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, sautéed green onions, diced bacon, garlic powder, black pepper and hot sauce.
- Stir until creamy.
- Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into the hollows of the egg.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
- When ready to serve, garnish with paprika, green onions, shredded cheddar and crumbled bacon.

I discovered age white cheddar from cracker barrel and they hold the title for comparison. I have not found any other cheese with quality and ooo the taste. It’s sharp but not bitter, very flavorful. Love it in macaroni and cheese!!!
