Seasoned roasted chicken thighs covered in a tangy honey mustard BQ sauce!

Ingredients
1.5lbsbone-in chicken thighsabout 5 medium thighs, completely dry
2tablespoonsunsatled butter
2tablespoonolive oil
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoongarlic powder
1/3cupsmokey BBQ SauceI used Sweet Baby Ray's
1/2cupmayonnaise
1/2cupsour cream
2tablespoonsyellow mustard
1/4cuphoney
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Combine butter and olive oil in a small bowl.
Brush chicken thighs lightly with olive oil & butter mixture.
Combine salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
Season chicken generously on both sides with seasoning mixture.
Place chicken on a roasting pan.
Roast for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and brush with BBQ sauce.
Return to oven and roast for another 15 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare honey mustard by combining mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and honey. (note: This sauce gets better when it has had a chance to sit for at least 30 minutes so make ahead if possible)
Remove chicken from oven and brush with honey mustard sauce.
Return to oven and broil until chicken is done, skin is crisp and sauce is sticky, about 10-15 minutes.
