This is one of my favorite blueberry smoothies because it tastes just like those tiny, overpriced Dannon yogurt smoothies.

I’m normally not a huge fan of blueberries unless it’s part of a sweet, hot muffin. I started adding blueberries to my diet after Dr. Oz went on about how healthy they are and all the things they cure and prevent and then he said the magic words ” they can give your eyes a radiant, well-rested appearance”BINGO!!

What girl doesn’t want sparkly, youthful eyes right!? I always feel good after drinking this smoothie, and I make it at least 3 times a week. It’s quick, simple, refreshing and it’s a pretty color purple to boot!!

Blueberry Sunrise Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup berry fruit juice, cold
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to the blender.
  2. Blend until it’s the consistency you like, adding more juice if needed.
  3. Serve immediately.
